IOMap64 BSOD Errors

Hi all

I get IOMap64 BSOD when booting very often. I'm not too sure if these are related to hardware [i.e. overclocking] or a software [like USB drivers or ASUS software]. I went ahead and removed the ASUS AI III software just now just in case - but I would much appreciate if someone had any insight as to what is gone wrong.
