blue screen error 0x000001d3

Hi..
I m getting error of BSOD ( 0x000001d3,0x000001d8) its happening since last week and I have done disk partition through disk fragmentation
Laptop Config: Lenovo G50 , AMD A8 Processor , Win 10 64Bit
